Grilled Chicken Light Quesadilla

Grilled Chicken Quesadilla rolled like A Burrito with a crispy but soft finish to the Quesadilla. Only to then be cut into three pieces with Reduced Fat Cheese melted inside. Accompanied by a Fruit Salad on a bed of Lettuce.
